Blueberry & Rosemary Spritz

The sun is shining and to celebrate we're sipping on this refreshing spring cocktail, making the best of our time at home on our patios!

This recipe only requires a few ingredients and is delicious. The rosemary simple syrup paired the lemon juice and frozen blueberries make a great combination. The frozen blueberries add flavour, and help keep your drink cool along with the ice!

Ingredients

2 Cups frozen blueberries

2 Lemons, sliced and deseeded

2 L Soda Water

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Sprig of Rosemary (grown in our nuGarden of course!)

Instructions

1. In a small pot add 1/2 cup of sugar, and rosemary. Add just enough water to soak all the sugar. Cook over high until sugar is dissolved. Remove simple syrup from heat, strain out rosemary, set aside and allow to cool.

2. Slice lemons and place in a large pitcher. Add the frozen blueberries, and cooled simple syrup. Muddle together in pitcher. Fill up the pitcher with 2 L of soda water.

Assemble drink with 1 oz of vodka in a glass, add ice and fill with the cocktail mix you just made. Add lemon and rosemary for garnish, sit back and enjoy!
